Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are the rules for using reddoorstories.com and buying from Red Door Stories. Red Door Stories is a business name of Red Door Designs LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You're welcome to read, browse, and use the free resources on this site for your own business. Please don't:

• Copy, resell, or republish our content as your own
• Use the site for anything illegal or harmful
• Try to hack, disrupt, or overload the site
• Scrape or harvest information from the site with automated tools

You must be at least 18 to use the site or buy from us.

Our services

We offer brand messaging, copywriting, and mentorship services, including the 90-Day Signature Story-Selling Mentorship. Descriptions on the site are a general overview. The specific scope, schedule, and deliverables for your work with us are set in your client agreement.

If these terms and your signed client agreement ever conflict, the client agreement wins.

Payments

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

If you choose a payment plan, you're agreeing to pay the full program price. Payments will be charged automatically on schedule. Stopping your participation does not cancel the remaining payments. If a payment fails, we may pause your access or services until it's resolved.

No refunds

All sales are final. Because our programs include immediate access to our time, frameworks, and materials, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any product, program, or service, including unused sessions or a program you don't finish.

If something isn't working for you, please email kris@reddoorstories.com. We want to make it right where we can.

Our intellectual property

Everything on this site belongs to Red Door Designs LLC unless noted otherwise. That includes our text, graphics, videos, worksheets, templates, and trainings. It also includes our proprietary methods, such as the Signature Story-Selling System and the PEACE Framework.

When you buy a program or download a resource, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. You may not share, resell, teach, or package our materials or methods for others without our written permission.

Ownership of the copy and deliverables we create for clients is covered in the client agreement.

StoryBrand is a registered trademark of StoryBrand, LLC. Kris Jones is a StoryBrand Certified Guide. Red Door Stories is an independent business and is not owned by or speaking for StoryBrand.

Your content

If you send us testimonials, comments, or other content, you give us permission to use it to promote Red Door Stories. We'll only use your name or business name with your approval.

Third-party links and tools

The site links to and uses outside services like YouTube, Stripe, and our scheduling tools. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they work.

No guarantees

We work hard to help our clients get results, but we can't promise any specific outcome. Your results depend on your effort, your market, and many things outside our control. See our Disclaimer for more.

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Red Door Designs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, that come from using the site or our services.

If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the site, our community, or our programs if you break these terms. Any payments still owed remain due.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
